Requirements:
- Maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar).
- Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- A good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS, and emergency generator systems.
