Your Duties:
- Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.
- Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions.
- Manage maintenance work orders in SAP.
- Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives.
- 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7.
Your Experience:
- Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar).
- Experience supervising engineers.
- Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar).
- Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability.
