Your Duties:

  • Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.
  • Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage maintenance work orders in SAP.
  • Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives.
  • 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7.

Your Experience:

  • Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar).
  • Experience supervising engineers.
  • Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar).
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability.
