Responsibilities:
- Mechanical maintenance on a range of systems including AHU's, air conditioning, chillers and more
- Respond to breakdowns and repairs
- Monitor building management systems
- Call‑out rota 1 in 5
- Monday to Friday double day shift (6‑2 / 2‑10)
Qualifications:
- Mechanical maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar)
- Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS and emergency generator systems
- Able to commute to Hatfield
