Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical maintenance on a range of systems including AHU's, air conditioning, chillers and more
  • Respond to breakdowns and repairs
  • Monitor building management systems
  • Call‑out rota 1 in 5
  • Monday to Friday double day shift (6‑2 / 2‑10)

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar)
  • Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS and emergency generator systems
  • Able to commute to Hatfield
