Your Duties:

  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical installations
  • Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and contract terms
  • Allocate workload effectively across the team to meet multiple concurrent tender deadlines
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and specialist installers
  • Provide technical and commercial input during the early stages of project development

Your Experience:

  • Strong experience in M&E estimating within the construction industry
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services or similar
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement routes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contract documentation
