Due to expansion, my client is currently seeking a quantity surveyor who is focused on delivering high quality work. This position will involve handling multiple projects at one time therefore organisation and time management is essential for success in this position. Those who want to be appreciated as a name rather than a number will thrive in this position.
Your Duties:
- Attend site visits to monitor progress and pick up variations with site team
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Prepare cost value reconciliations on each project monthly
- Subcontractor management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a quantity surveyor (structural/civil/construction backgrounds or similar)
- Strong knowledge of concrete/steel frame structures and cut and carve works
- Experienced using bluebeam or similar software
- Commutable to Bromley
