This position will involve handling multiple projects at one time therefore organisation and time management is essential for success in this position.
- Prepare cost value reconciliations on each project monthly

- Proven experience as a quantity surveyor (structural/civil/construction backgrounds or similar)
- Strong knowledge of concrete/steel frame structures and cut and carve works
