Air Source Heat Pumps North & West London and parts of Hampshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire (Roughly within one hours drive of Wembley).

Are you passionate about sustainable energy solutions and looking to play a key role in the UK's transition to low-carbon heating? We're seeking an experienced Technical Survey and Design Lead to join our team and lead the technical design and specification of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations across residential and commercial properties.

Your Role:

  • Conducting detailed on-site and remote technical surveys of properties
  • Designing bespoke ASHP systems tailored to each property's heating and hot water demands
  • Leading the development of MCS-compliant heat pump designs, schematics, and specifications
  • Collaborating with installation teams, project managers, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Supporting quality assurance, compliance checks, and continual improvement of design processes

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in designing and surveying Air Source Heat Pump systems
  • Strong knowledge of MCS standards, SAP calculations, and building services
  • Excellent understanding of domestic and light commercial heating systems
  • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Heat Engineer Software, or similar
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Plumbing/Heating Engineering, BPEC, NICEIC ASHP certification)
