About the Role:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 13 years\’ practical experience in air conditioning looking to transition into a more technical, office-based position. You\’ll be the first point of contact for field engineers and customers, offering expert advice, diagnostics, and technical guidance on our range of AC products.

What You\’ll Do:

• Provide telephone and email-based technical support to engineers and clients
• Assist with diagnosing faults and recommending solutions
• Support warranty and commissioning queries
• Help create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve complex issues

What Were Looking For:

• Practical experience with air conditioning systems (installation, servicing, or maintenance)
• Understanding of common fault codes, wiring diagrams, and system components
• Great communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a new direction
• IT-literate and comfortable with technical documentation

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• F-Gas Certification (or former certification)
• Experience with split, multi-split, or VRF/VRV systems
• Familiarity with manufacturers like Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, etc.
