We’re seeking a high-performing freelance recruiter (commission based) with a proven track record to place top law talent. You can make anywhere from ($60k-$90k+/ placement).
About You:
- You’ve worked as a recruiter within an agency.
- You’ve successfully placed Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firms
- You live and breathe recruiting: sourcing, screening, pitching, and closing talent in competitive markets.
- You're comfortable working independently with hiring managers to build world-class teams.
- You're proactive, organized, and resourceful.
- No hand-holding needed.
? What You'll Do:
- Source and engage top-tier candidates for Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Demonstrated experience working with Am Law 100 lawyers.
- Excellent communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
