Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Product Development Manager to lead the Product Development team, designing innovative new products based on market trends and specific customer requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent design judgement with the ability to turn product requirements into practical, manufacturable, and validated solutions.
The Product Development Manager will ensure new and existing products are designed, validated, documented, and released in line with customer requirements, business priorities, safety expectations, quality standards, and manufacturing capability. Be focused on product design capability, technical delivery, project control, and management of the development team, ensuring robust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and application-led solutions are delivered effectively.
