Now recruiting a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their friendly and established finance team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, efficient processing of customer returns, and timely issuance of credit notes. The Sales Ledger Administrator will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships by supporting smooth financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies. Sales Ledger Administrator – Key Responsibilities Provide a friendly customer service experience for all customers. Ensure accurate, timely and efficient invoice and crediting. Provide administrative support to the Finance department. Liaise across departments to resolve invoices, credit and delivery discrepancies. Administer, organise and complete the returns process in full and document stages. Actively resolve any issue by contacting customers to rectify any errors. Assist with any inquiries, questions, and complaints in an efficient and timely manner. Provide Sage reports and analysis on activities. Raise non-stock invoices. General office administrative duties such as making enquiries, gathering info, data entry, scanning, filing, answering telephone queries etc. Provide monthly accuracy reports and anything else that might be required.
