Our client is an established waste management company, currently recruiting a Territory Site Supervisor with strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills to join their operations team.
With proven leadership skills in an operational setting, the Territory Site Supervisor will ensure efficient operations across 5 locations, requiring regular travel to customer sites, being visible and ensuring high safety standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day multi-site activities, including staff scheduling, time sheets, and tracking absences and holidays, to ensure continuity and service standards across sites.
- Inspire and motivate teams, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.
- Health and safety is crucial, as you’ll be responsible for conducting safety audits, managing risks, and addressing any defects to meet our high operational standards.
- Building relationships with customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and smooth collaboration.
- Strong communication and organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced in leading and motivating teams in a hands-on, operational setting.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures, with the ability to clearly communicate requirements to colleagues, contractors, and third parties.
- Competency in IT, including Microsoft Office and Time & Attendance systems.
- Full UK driving license with no bans or disqualifications.
- COTC for CA Sites (or willingness to work towards certification).
- Relevant certifications in First Aid, COSHH, Manual Handling, and IOSH Managing Safely are highly beneficial.
The Territory Site Supervisor position is offering £32,500 plus Company Van, Bonuses & Great Benefits for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 days over 7 - including the requirement to work Saturday & Sunday on a permanent basis.
