Our client is an established electrical manufacturer, well respected within their industry, currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to join their UK sales team. The Territory Sales Manager will target electrical wholesalers within the London (inside M25) region, managing key client relationships whilst targeting new prospects, building solid connections with wholesalers, contractors, property developers and architects.

As a customer centric business, our client offers outstanding customer service, understanding a customers needs and supporting them throughout development projects. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, building rapport and developing solid relationships with clients, arranging regular visits to maintain and build pipeline, sharing product knowledge and being seen as an industry expert.

Territory Sales Manager Key Purpose
To understand the changing needs of Electrical Wholesalers, Contractors, Property Developers and Architects . Identifying opportunities to sell, upsell, and cross sell into the industry.
Focus on maintaining and strengthening existing key customer relationships whilst working to acquire new business, to meet company growth expectations.
Attend onsite meetings with key clients and prospective customers to sell the benefits of our clients electrical products, providing product advice and guidance, outlining what differentiates our clients products over competitors in the market.
Analyse market trends, customer needs and monitor competition by gathering market place information whilst identifying growth opportunities.
Creating demand through Contractor visits, regular breakfast mornings and trade days.

Territory Sales Manager Ideal Candidate
Proven track record of selling to Electrical Wholesalers, ideally, in London (inside M25).
Organised, planned with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate and driven to manage growth throughout sales territory and achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Intensely committed to providing excellent customer service.
Clean driving licence.

The Territory Sales Manager position is offering £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary plus car / car allowance, OTE 20% bonus with uncapped potential, plus other great benefits. This is a full-time, permanent, territory-based position with excellent opportunities for progression!
