Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturer based in the Masham area, currently recruiting a Powder Coating Sprayer to join their business. The successful candidate will be able to powder coat their sheet metal products to an immaculate standard.

Powder Coating Sprayer – Key Responsibilities

Priming and powder coating an extensive range of sheet metal products for different customers.

Hanging and removing items from the powder coating line.

Carry out quality checks on powder coated items.

Check powder stock levels and liaise with the purchasing department to replenish stock.

Maintain Health and safety standards wearing the correct PPE at all times.

Daily maintenance of the powder coating workshop.

Shor blasting items ready for powder coating.

Assist with the production of the workshop when needed.

Powder Coating Sprayer – Skills & Experience

Previous experience of working in a powder coating workshop is highly desirable.

A strong eye for detail on finishing parts required within a manufacturing setting.

Must be able to work in confined space when blasting.

Good team player who can work well under minimal supervision.

Able to prioritise workload and adapt efficiently to last minute changes.

The Powder Coating Sprayer position is offering circa £25,500 – £33,000 basic salary plus benefits for the successful candidate. This is a full time, permanent position, based at our clients site in the Masham area. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 07.30 to 16:00.
