Our client is an established Yorkshire business specialising in the non-woven market. Due to continued expansion, they are currently recruiting an Area Sales Representative to join their non-woven division targeting UK mattress and bedding manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across bedding and industrial segments.
  • Proactively prospect for new business, building a strong, self-sufficient pipeline.
  • Understand each customer's technical requirements and specification process, translating product capability into commercial value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead through to close, including sampling, trials, and technical sign-off where required.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in line with margin targets, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM ensuring real-time visibility of pipeline and forecast.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting to senior leadership, including forecast accuracy and conversion rates.
