We are hiring Production Supervisors with strong heavy manufacturing, welding/fabrication, and assembly experience to lead multi-skilled teams within a fast-growing global defence manufacturer supplying equipment to the British military.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability for safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
