We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our collaborative and dynamic team delivering Multi-Trade training at a unique education facility in Chatham, Kent. This rewarding Trainer role offers the opportunity to work in a disciplined, professional setting where your ideas are valued and your contribution makes a real impact.
While your core expertise will be in painting and decorating, knowledge or experience in other finishing trades, such as wall and floor tiling, dry lining, contract flooring, basic plastering, rendering, floor screeds, airless spray painting, and single-pane glazing, would be advantageous, though not essential, as full in-house training can be provided.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality training outcomes, working alongside experienced professionals committed to excellence, with opportunities to further develop your skills and progress your career within a supportive organisation that values growth, quality, and shared success.
