Business Operations Support Manager required for a unique product manufacturing company based in Gloucester. Established in 2010, this small but growing business designs and manufactures innovative cooling and ventilation systems for the healthcare industry. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a friendly team, offering a competitive salary, 40 hours per week (2 p.m. finish Fridays!), free parking, pension and exciting prospects with this highly successful business.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a very hands-on environment, looking after a small team, working on several projects simultaneously.

Business Operations Support Manager Responsibilities:
  • Day to day office management
  • Management of a small team

  • QMS updates
  • Accounts payable oversight
  • Maintaining bill of materials

  • Happy to be on site Monday to Friday

  • Ability to pick up different software and customer portals (e.g. Excel, Xero, CRMs etc.)
