Key Objectives- Design and implement a global marketing operations framework covering planning, budgeting, execution, governance, and performance tracking.
- Improve efficiency, transparency, and reporting across marketing activities.
- Partner with Product, Portfolio, and Commercial teams to translate strategy into campaigns, launches, and lifecycle support.
- Build organisational capability through shared standards, systems, and best practices.
- Provide Group-level visibility of initiatives, performance, and spend to support decision-making and ROI optimisation.
- Oversee global marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign governance, ensuring alignment with Group strategy.
- Manage campaign calendars, resources, and timelines across all brands and regions.
- Develop standardised processes, templates, and dashboards to improve efficiency, speed, and accountability.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to integrate marketing processes into business systems (CRM, ERP, BI).
- Provide accurate reporting and insights on campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with brand governance, approvals, and trademarks.
- Lead and coach the marketing operations team to promote best practice, capability, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement to maximise marketing impact and commercial effectiveness.
- Proven experience leading marketing operations in international, multi-brand businesses.
- Strong knowledge of marketing governance, planning, and budget management.
- Skilled in project and performance management, balancing control with strategic delivery.
- Data-driven with expertise in performance metrics and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Track record of operational improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar BI/CRM tools.
- Experience in manufacturing or B2B2C environments.
