Looking to grow your career in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment (QHSE)? We are recruiting for a QHSE Engineer to join a growing, global manufacturing business in Dudley. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment covering fabrication, assembly, and dispatch.
£32,000 - £34,000 + Pension + Benefits
Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4pm | Fri early finish (2:30pm)
You will be joining a global manufacturer with ~700 employees across the UK, Europe, and the US, known for innovative, sustainable products and strong growth.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Quality Manager with day-to-day QHSE activities
- Assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Investigating quality issues and non-conformances
- Helping drive continuous improvement and safe working practices
- Working closely with production teams to solve problems and improve processes
- Monitoring KPIs and supporting improvement projects
What we are looking for:
- Qualification in HSE, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing (ONC or similar) or relevant experience
- Some knowledge of ISO standards / audits (training can be provided)
- NEBOSH / IOSH (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
