We’re hiring Production Supervisors with vehicle manufacturing / assemble experience to lead multi-skilled teams within a fast-growing global defence manufacturer supplying equipment to the British military. This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability for safety, delivery, quality, and cost. You’ll lead teams of technicians in the areas of paint, sub-assembly and PDI, driving performance whilst embedding a strong continuous improvement culture.
