We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with strong lean manufacturing and assembly experience to join a fast-scaling, global defence business supplying equipment to the British military. This is a rare chance to play a key role in building a new production capability locally, with direct knowledge transfer from a European parent site. You’ll own the Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) development for a critical vehicle build programme and become the go-to expert on the shopfloor during ramp-up and beyond.
