Overview

Our client, a specialist contractor within the roofing, cladding and façade sector, is seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager for a 40-week project in Hull, with opportunities to move onto additional projects afterwards. This is a site-based role overseeing the delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to budget. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate with internal teams, and liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors
  • Ensure the project is delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
  • Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on-site
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and updates
  • Resolve site issues proactively and escalate when necessary
  • Support commercial teams with variations, cost tracking, and reporting
