About the Role

We are working with our client, a specialist contractor within the fa ades, roofing, and cladding sector, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool. This is a key delivery role, responsible for managing large-scale envelope projects from pre-start through to completion, with values of up to 12m. You will take ownership of site delivery, programme performance, commercial coordination, and client relationships across multiple live projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering fa ade or building envelope packages, with a proven ability to manage complex construction programmes and lead site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to final handover
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Develop and manage project programmes, tracking progress and mitigating delays
  • Coordinate closely with commercial, design, and procurement teams
  • Chair site meetings and maintain strong client and main contractor relationships
  • Manage risk, variations, and change control
