The Opportunity
Our client is a leading specialist construction contractor with expertise across façades, cladding, glazing, roofing, interiors and associated building envelope solutions. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects across the North of England, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused QS to take ownership of projects from contract award through to completion, working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of allocated projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with agreed budgets, forecasts and commercial objectives. The current project portfolio includes fire remediation, recladding, new build, cladding, glazing, render and precast solutions, with significant upcoming work across the North of England. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and procurement through to final account.
