Technical Partners are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead maintenance excellence and engineering strategy at one of the UK’s most significant steel manufacturing sites. Our client’s Corby site spans 150 acres and supports a workforce of approximately 350 people (indirectly reporting into this role). Each year, the site manufactures tonnes of thin-wall welded steel tubes and hollow sections, supplying critical industries across the UK and beyond.

This is not a steady-state role. The site is currently undergoing a £30 million transformation programme to modernise operations and establish a net-zero tube manufacturing facility. As Engineering Manager, you will play a central role in delivering this vision, shaping engineering strategy, overseeing capital investment, and building a world-class maintenance function fit for the future.
