Technical Network have been retained by an international manufacturing group who are looking to hire an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to join the team and help drive major managerial change in their large manufacturing facility in Worcestershire.
Salary: up to £75,000
Location: Worcestershire (commutable from South West Birmingham, Redditch, Worcester, Droitwich, Kidderminster areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Operations Director; you will be an effective leader of a large night shift based manufacturing team comprising of Shift Managers and skilled operatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations using the SQCDP review forging strong relationships with your various direct reports.
- Able to work a permanent night shift Monday through Friday.
