A well established food manufacturing business is seeking a HR Manager to provide a specific service across the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility that have previously fallen to the wider HR community to deliver, a business decision has now been made to bring in a dedicated resource to manage, deliver and oversee all Compliance, Reward and Reporting & Analytics responsibilities to, in part, free up the HRBPs to allow them to focus on delivering a proactive strategic service to the business. The creation of this role will allow the incoming individual to focus on these core areas to ensure the business is ahead of the curve.
