Interim People Advisor – 9-Month Contract Location: Remote (occasional travel to Head Office – once every three months) Legal Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Fixed-Term (9 months) Are you an experienced ER specialist ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced legal environment? We’re seeking an Interim ER Advisor to join a leading law firm on a 9-month contract. This fully remote position requires only minimal office presence—just one day every three months at head office. You\’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm, providing pragmatic, expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations. Manage and advise on a high caseload of complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases. • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to guide them through sensitive and challenging ER issues. • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a professional, and sometimes high-pressure, legal environment. • Confident, solutions-focused, and able to operate with autonomy in a remote setting.
