You’ll focus on placing both permanent and interim professionals across key disciplines, with the added support of a dedicated Business Development professional to help nurture and grow client relationships. It’s the ideal move for an experienced recruiter who wants to deepen their sector expertise, focus on quality delivery, and make a real impact in one of the fastest-growing areas of manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
You’ll take responsibility for delivering tailored recruitment solutions to existing and new clients within the Food & Drink Manufacturing industry. From managing contingent and retained search campaigns to placing key hires in growing FMCG businesses, you’ll become a trusted partner who understands the technical and cultural needs of each organisation.

- Proven experience recruiting within food/drink manufacturing sectors, ideally in professional or technical disciplines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
