A site-based quality, compliance and strategic planning role with a specialist design team, working on building and civil engineering projects across East Anglia.
An experienced Clerk of Work with a breadth of project experience and a collaborative team approach, you will play a key role helping teams develop quality plans before projects scale up on site. You will provide proactive advice across the business and support on construction quality, planning, monitoring and testing aspects. This is not a Clerk of Works role where you just inspect and identify problems. It is a hands-on role to ensure best practice across design teams and will require someone who feels they could excel in a quality, compliance and problem-solving role.
- Provide construction materials support inspection, testing, specification guidance and monitoring of complex or high-quality works.
- Engage with specialist teams to resolve technical and design matters.
