My client is a well-established architecture and design practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative designs. They are expanding their team and looking to recruit an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering technical design solutions across a variety of projects. Your expertise in Revit and strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with project teams and clients, taking ownership of the technical aspects of design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of projects, from design through to construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and Revit models to support project development.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet all regulatory and client requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architectural technologists, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met.
