My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team. Working predominantly on residential projects, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery. You’ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects independently from concept to completion
- Develop design and technical packages using AutoCAD
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare planning and building regulations submissions
