Your Role
As Regional Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of a forward-looking asset portfolio centred on science, technology and knowledge industries. Working closely with occupiers and site partners, your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management of repair, maintenance, and operational contracts using leading CAFM systems.
- Lead on-site Health & Safety; supported by comprehensive digital platforms and a robust central team.
- Financial oversight—budgeting, service charge management and tactical capex delivery.
- Tenant onboarding and relationship building, ensuring spaces match the technical and operational needs of innovative occupiers.
- Support letting activities, leveraging your local market expertise to drive rental success.
- Coordinating site events, fostering engaged communities across the estate.
- Champion tenant engagement, chair regular meetings, and action feedback swiftly.
- Collaborate on sustainability and building improvements, keeping assets ahead of evolving regulatory and occupier demands.
Who Succeeds Here
- A Chartered Commercial Property professional with a RICS accredited degree.
- Proven experience in multi-let commercial property management—ideally offices or labs.
- Well-versed in H&S, service charge budgeting and client reporting.
- Relationship-builder and trusted communicator, with a flair for seeing the “bigger picture.”
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern management systems and sustainability-led initiatives.
