The Opportunity We are looking for professionals who are passionate about delivering a high-quality output and who genuinely care about the work they produce. Successful candidates will have a desire to continually develop their understanding of design principles, technical detailing, and legislative requirements, enabling them to confidently lead project teams and work autonomously, supported by a knowledgeable in-house team. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors and stages. * Leading project teams and taking ownership of project outcomes. * Working autonomously while drawing on the support and expertise of colleagues when required. * Developing and applying a strong understanding of design, technical detailing, building regulations, and industry legislation. * Working dynamically across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and delivering against agreed deadlines and project outputs. * Producing accurate and high-quality technical information using Revit. About You To be successful in this role, you will: * Be a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant industry experience. * Be highly proficient in Revit and confident producing technical documentation. * Have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. * Be committed to delivering quality work and continuously developing your professional knowledge and expertise. * Have the ambition and capability to progress into, or further develop within, a project leadership role.
