Our client is a leading provider of Mechanical and Electrical Installation and Maintenance services. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic delivery team. Projects typically range in value from £100k to £10m, spanning a diverse portfolio including commercial, education, data centres and industrial developments throughout East Anglia.

The Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Overseeing programme, cost control, and procurement
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and technical standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Experience delivering projects up to multi-million-pound values
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
