The Role

This is a varied position within a small and collaborative practice where your input will have a direct impact on projects and the wider business. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Site appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Pre-application and planning submissions
  • Liaising with planning authorities and stakeholders
  • Detailed technical drawing packages
  • Construction and building regulation compliance
  • Supporting projects through to delivery on site

Requirements

  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience within the residential sector
