You’ll be joining a friendly team with a great track record of supporting graduates, helping you to create a strong APC diary. Work on a variety of education, commercial and healthcare projects and develop your experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor, on projects typically £500k – £1m in value. The practice offers a full multidisciplinary service, you will be working alongside a team providing building surveying, project management, architectural, QS and CDM services – gaining excellent experience and working with a real variety of work. You will be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more. You must be a Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 12 months UK work experience.
