A dynamic, client-side investor and developer is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their high-performing, in-house team. This is more than a traditional property management role—it\’s a key leadership position overseeing a diverse commercial office portfolio across the South East, with significant plans to expand to owning over 20 high calibre buildings over the next few years.

You will be a central part of a small, close-knit team that manages all properties in-house, ensuring complete control and providing exceptional client service. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys a varied and impactful role, with a chance to get involved in the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition through to implementation.
The Role
This is a hands-on position with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Financial Management: Preparing and managing annual service charge budgets and overseeing year-end reconciliations.

Property & Facilities Management: Handling both planned and reactive maintenance and overseeing refurbishment projects.

Asset Management: Assisting with landlord and tenant matters and identifying value enhancement initiatives.
*
Compliance & Team Leadership: Ensuring health and safety compliance across the portfolio and providing guidance to a small property management team.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised professional who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
About You
We are looking for an experienced commercial property professional with a proven track record in managing commercial property, ideally including serviced offices.
