Chartered Building Surveyor – Essex – Work on Exciting, Diverse Projects We\’re recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to get involved in a number of challenging and rewarding projects. A thriving, independent Building Consultancy with offices across the UK are growing their team in Essex and need a talented Building Surveyor to collaborate with the Consultancy Director on a diverse range of interesting commercial and residential projects. The opportunity presents a great mix of core Building Surveying responsibilities, allowing you to build your expertise across a variety of areas. Your key duties will include: Conducting Building and Structural Surveys Performing Condition Surveys Managing Party Wall Matters and Dilapidations Administering Contracts Analysing Building Defects Producing clear and concise reports, supported by detailed drawings We\’re looking for a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS preferred) with a proactive approach and at least 2 years\’ post-qualification experience. You should have: Extensive industry experience and a solid working knowledge of relevant legislation A strong understanding of RICS building surveying regulations Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to maintain strong client and team relationships The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines This is a great opportunity to join a company that values its employees and provides a supportive and collaborative work environment.Offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
