We are representing a highly prestigious, fiercely independent property partnership with a massive footprint across the Cambridgeshire market. They are looking for a driven, Newly Qualified Commercial Agency Surveyor to take on a prominent role within their established head office agency team.
Your Portfolio, Your Clients, Your Growth
This isn’t a background support role. You will be managing agency instructions across a diverse asset class, including office, industrial, retail, and the region's globally renowned science and technology parks.
High-Level Exposure: You will advise a broad client base ranging from local and regional developers to major institutional landlords and growing corporate tenants.
Autonomy with Support: You will have the freedom to drive your own instructions—from inspections and marketing strategies to final contract negotiations—while working alongside highly experienced Associates and Directors who value your input.

What We Are Looking For
- Recently RICS qualified (or very close to final sign-off).
- Proven experience within commercial property agency, disposals, or tenant representation.
- Sharp negotiation skills and the commercial acumen to spot opportunities in a fast-moving market.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
