Now, they're expanding and need a talented Building Surveyor to play a pivotal role in its development and success within their Building Consultancy team.

The opportunity

As an Associate Surveyor, you'll be working alongside experienced Partners and a collaborative team, you'll have a unique opportunity work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse project portfolio alongside a team of Commercial specialist working on business space transactional agency, landlord & tenant and valuations, Infrastructures, Planning and Development

Manage your own accounts, taking the lead on Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, High End Residential fit out, Schedule of Conditions, and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

You'll receive an remuneration circa £60k + bonus and benefits focussing on career growth, recognition, health & wellbeing, and hybrid working.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Full Chartered status (MRICS) is essential.
  • Proven and demonstrable building surveying experience in the Private sector, ideally within the London market.
  • A strong understanding and practical experience of the Project Manager, Employers Agent, and Contract Administrator roles.
