Are you a Property Manager with estates or block management experience? Are you an Estates Manager interested in working directly for a property management business looking after a residential portfolio? You’ll have the backing of a vibrant brand with a strong reputation for quality, with a mixed property portfolio across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, North Herts & Essex.

You’ll be a self-sufficient and experienced Property Assistant, Property Manager or Estates Manager with at least 1-2 years relevant property and lease management experience. You will help to manage residential blocks, private lettings and housing estates to the highest standard, dealing with:

  • Budgets
  • AGMs
  • Repairs
  • Maintenance
  • Health & Safety
  • Service charges
  • Managing contractors
  • Attending meetings
  • Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and residents

A degree in estate management is preferred and/or a qualification in leasehold management, although FM and block management experience will also be considered.
