They are currently seeking an Architectural Technician with Revit skills to support their expanding portfolio of projects ranging from bespoke housing to large-scale developments.
About the Role:
You’ll be working within a collaborative and experienced team, contributing to the technical delivery of residential projects through all RIBA stages. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical grounding and a passion for well-executed residential architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a bonus)
- Apply a strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Assist in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Support senior team members in project delivery from planning through to site
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural practice
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
