Job Description MEP Coordinator (Rivet/CAD Expertise) Position : MEP Coordinator The MEP Coordinator will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure effective coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, along with proficiency in using CAD and/or Revit for drafting, modelling, and coordinating MEP systems. Key Responsibilities: MEP Coordination : Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure the effective integration of MEP systems into building designs. Coordinate and resolve any clashes or conflicts in the MEP systems during the design phase using Revit or CAD. Review and ensure that MEP drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications. Assist in the preparation of MEP shop drawings, installation plans, and coordination drawings. Revit/CAD Modeling and Drafting : Create detailed MEP models using Revit or CAD for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
