Mechanical Site Manager\\nLocation: Leeds, UK\\nType: Full-time / Permanent\\nSalary: Β£50,000-Β£60,000\\n\\nCompany Description\\nA well-established building services provider delivering full Mechanical and Electrical solutions across Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy sectors.\\n\\nThe organisation supports clients from early design through installation and ongoing maintenance, offering efficient, reliable, and high-quality building services across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.\\n\\nJob Description\\nDue to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager.\\n\\nThis position reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves daily liaison with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, HSEQ personnel, and subcontractors.\\n\\nMain Duties:\\n\\n * Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.\\n\\n * Ensure all relevant permits are in place.\\n\\n * Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.\\n\\n * Liaise with main contractors and client-side teams.\\n\\n * Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, and related standards.\\n\\n * Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on site.\\n\\n * Manage labour and subcontractor activities.\\n\\n * Handle relevant external correspondence.\\n\\n * Order and manage day-to-day site materials.\\n\\n * Update information for progress reports.\\n\\n * Maintain document management systems.\\n\\n * Manage project-specific scheduling.\\n\\n * Communicate project changes to the team.\\n\\n * Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n * Relevant trade qualification or further education in mechanical building services.\\n\\n * Minimum 5 yearsβ experience.\\n\\n * Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.\\n\\n * Strong people management skills.\\n\\n * Project management experience beneficial.\\n\\n * Computer literate with strong interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Willingness to travel when required.\\n\\nAdditional Information\\nThe organisation promotes an inclusive, flexible culture supporting professional growth, innovation, and diversity.\\n\\nEmployee benefits include:\\n\\n * Competitive salary\\n\\n * Professional development support\\n\\n * Employee assistance programme\\n\\n * Health and wellness programmes\\n\\n * Cycle-to-work scheme
