An established and growing organisation within the data centre and IT services sector is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its IT Asset Disposal team. The business delivers physical IT services including IT relocations, asset disposal, technical logistics, and engineering projects for major technology organisations in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities- Unpack, identify, and accurately book in received IT assets
- Record asset details using an internal computer system
- Ensure equipment is correctly logged before being tested, graded, and processed for reuse or recycling
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when capturing asset data (make, model, serial numbers, asset IDs)
- Support wider warehouse operations, including occasional collections or deliveries
- Adhere to all security, health & safety, and process requirements
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- Enjoy working as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently
- Show a proactive, βcan-doβ attitude
- Be quick to learn and adaptable
- Have an interest in IT or technology
- Be flexible and willing to support additional tasks when required
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Basic computer skills required (full system training provided)
- Reasonable level of physical fitness due to manual handling
- Must be able to pass a DBS background check
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
