Role: Electrical Project Manager High Voltage (Substations / Mission Critical)
Location: Kettering (site-based, 5 days per week)

Salary: 70,000 + 5,000 car allowance
We are working with a leading MEP design and build contractor delivering major infrastructure and mission critical projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in an Electrical Project Manager with a strong high voltage focus, specifically around substation and grid-related infrastructure. This is very much a design and build environment. You will be involved from early-stage design coordination through to installation, energisation and final commissioning. The role is heavily geared towards HV delivery, not facilities or maintenance.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the delivery of high voltage electrical packages, with a focus on substations, HV distribution and grid connections
- Managing projects from design coordination through to energisation and commissioning
- Working closely with DNOs/IDNOs, ICPs and main contractors to ensure successful integration into the grid
- Overseeing installation of transformers, switchgear, protection systems and associated HV infrastructure
- Coordinating with design teams to ensure technical compliance, buildability and programme alignment
- Managing site teams including engineers
